Simply Positive Tuesday-Week 3

Hey everyone! If you haven’t already joined in for my 2 year blogiversary giveaway you can here!

Noooow for some positive things going on in my life!

-I finally got my nails and toes done after almost 5 months of not being able to paint my nails! Sooo exciting! Also my first time having my nails rounded instead of squared…something new! 

-I realized today that my flight tomorrow night has a layover in Singapore for 12 hours. Turns out Singapore has one of the worlds best airports. Sooo I looked up things to do and I am soooo excited!! 
-I started my holiday break by going to Guangzhou(next big city) and went ice skating in a mall. It was a fun experience! We followed it up with Papa Johns pizza and Dairy queen! Definitely a foreigner in China day! 

-I have so come across so many great bloggers in the last few months and I am so excited to maybe meet some of them IRL in the future!! 
-Ummmm Scandal! Can I just say how happy that show makes me! haha no seriously!

Simply Positive Tuesdays-week 2

I realized I have been looking forward to this writing this post because I need a day where I have to sit and think of the positive in my life! 

The Dansha Diaries

1. I am one week away from laying on the beach in Thailand
2. One week and 2 days away from seeing K for the first time in over a year 
3. My students have made so much progress in the 4 1/2 months that I have been teaching them that they make me feel so lucky to be their teacher
4. I got an extra part-time job to add to the others and I literally get to sit around for an hour having conversation with a girl my age. (Seriously how is that not a positive) Did I mention…I get paid to do it. 
5. I added photos to my happy wall and it makes me happier to look at it! 
6. Randomly looked at the countdown on my phone and we have hit and passed the 180 mark folks!!! 
7. My sister sent me a video of my nephew today and I about died he is so cute! 

And just for fun…I love this song and it makes me smile and dance in my seat or wherever every time!

Ook so I could actually keep going with this! Looks like I have more to be happy about than I thought!

Simply Positive Tuesdays

One of my favorite bloggers Asha over at Dansha Diaries is hosting a link up called Simply Positive Tuesdays and its basically a day to share some of the positive in your life. Its new so I might not be full on correct with my post today but I suggest you check it out for yourself! 

Miscellaneous Ramblings
-I finally hit my stride in this 8 day stretch and got so much done today. I feel really great about myself and its been a long time since I felt that way! 

-planning a surprise for my wonderful sister who is graduating this April and who also got offered a job from her first internship. So proud of her!! 

-My students parents have been giving me great reviews for the semester, lots of notes about how their kids are speaking more English. Makes me feel like a million dollars!! 

-I found some great info on places to see and foods to eat on the trip coming up! So looking forward to seeing K and traveling with her! 
-Planning a giveaway for my 2 year anniversary as well as changing up the look & name of my blog. I’m so excited to change it up around here!! 
I wanted to share this picture…it actually happens I took it today which works out perfectly. I call this my happy wall. I have been adding pictures since I got here, I also just added the lights today. But these people are people who make me feel blessed to have them in my life. I love each one of them and seeing this always perks up my day!
