How is it October 15th already guys???
It is Monday..and I am exhausted so I am just going to share my thoughts….
– I just got back from a short (but long) trip back to Chicago for a wedding. I haven’t been home since the move…which was only 2 months ago but feels like 8 years so I wanted to try and cram some family and friend time in. The result is me hopped up on some major caffeine this morning!
– It was cold…like 30s on Friday. Eff that. But then I wake up in Austin this morning and its 49 and raining. FML I can’t win. I need new rain boots..and to stop wearing my sandals?! Im not ready.
– My friend was in town last week and I magically (think sick day + awesome boss who let me have more days off) got most of the week off. I had so so much fun exploring Austin with her and just relaxing. She also got me hooked on some new shows….Hello Shitt’s Creek!
– I now have to get my life together and book my Thanksgiving flight which I am sure will be more money since I didn’t do it earlier.
– I finally went into the Erin Condren store last week…Shit guys. Why did I do that? Now I want everything. EVERYTHING!!!
– We just put up our Halloween decor on Thursday. Yes, 2 weeks into October. Meanwhile I am already seeing people talking about Christmas!
